“The Wise Seek Peace, the Foolish Don’t Cease” (Proverbs 29 Peace Rhyme)

The Wise Seek Peace, the Foolish Don’t Cease,
A lesson to learn, a truth to release.

When leaders are just and righteous in deed,
The people rejoice, they’re blessed indeed.

But when the wicked take charge of the land,
The people suffer, they can barely stand.

Those who flatter and praise with false tongue,
Will soon be exposed, their lies will be sung.

The righteous care for the poor and the weak,
But the wicked oppress them, their future is bleak.

When justice prevails, the righteous are glad,
But for the wicked, it’s a cause to be sad.

A fool always speaks without any thought,
But the wise hold back and think before taught.

Anger and pride lead to destruction and strife,
But humility and wisdom lead to a better life.

The wicked are trapped by their own deceit,
But the righteous walk free with a heart that’s neat.

The wise teach and guide with love and care,
But the foolish reject it, they just don’t dare.

The greedy always want more and more,
But the righteous are content, they have enough in store.

Discipline and correction are good for the soul,
But those who ignore it, they’ll never be whole.

The wise seek peace and choose their friends with care,
But the foolish pick fights and end up in despair.

The wise live in awe and reverence of the Lord,
But the foolish despise Him, they’ll never be restored.

The Wise Seek Peace, the Foolish Don’t Cease,
A lesson to learn, a truth to release.
