**Author (Paul):** Absolutely, it’s my pleasure to be here. In that verse, I wrote, “But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.”

**Interviewer:** That’s a powerful statement. What prompted you to emphasize the faithfulness of the Lord in that context?

**Author (Paul):** Well, I was addressing some challenging times faced by the Thessalonian church. Many were feeling anxious and uncertain, and I wanted to reassure them that despite the trials they were encountering, they could rely on God’s unwavering faithfulness. He is our source of strength and protection.

**Interviewer:** So, you’re saying that this message is both a reminder of God’s character and an encouragement to the believers?

**Author (Paul):** Exactly. It’s crucial for the church to understand that God is dependable. When we lean on Him, we find the strength to endure and the assurance that we are safeguarded from harm—especially from spiritual dangers.

**Author (Paul):** I hoped it would bring them comfort and instill confidence in their faith. I wanted them to know that they’re not alone in their struggles; the Lord is always with them.
