“Ten is wise, Virtue will rise” (Proverbs 10 Rhyme)

Ten is wise, Virtue will rise,
Wealth earned by honest means never dies,
Wise words bring joy to our ears,
But foolish talk leads to tears.

A good man brings blessings to his kin,
But the wicked bring trouble and sin,
Hard work leads to a plentiful feast,
But laziness only leads to defeat.

Hatred stirs strife, love covers all wrongs,
Wisdom is found in those who listen to songs,
A righteous man lives a life without fear,
But the wicked will perish, that much is clear.

The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life,
But the wicked use their lips as a weapon of strife,
He who walks in integrity walks securely,
But the crooked path leads to danger, surely.

The wise lay up knowledge, but the mouth of the fool is near,
The wise use words sparingly, but the fool only speaks without fear,
The wealth of the sinner is but a fleeting pleasure,
But the righteous are rooted like a tree, a treasure.

The path of life leads to righteousness and peace,
But the way of the wicked will ultimately cease,
The mouth of the wise brings forth knowledge and grace,
But the fool only speaks disgrace.
