Deeply rooted in ancient pages,
A man’s faith put through trials and rages.
Loss and suffering his fate has sealed,
A divine purpose to be revealed.
Bearing witness to this man’s strife,
Through his trials, his faith comes to life.
Questions of justice and suffering arise,
A conversation with God, his only guise.
This book of wisdom, pain, and doubt,
Speaks to all who face hardships in this life’s bout.
Written long ago, it still rings true,
The book of Job, a testament to see us through.
