Explanation
Hebrews 9 speaks of the Heavenly Sanctuary, a holy place where Christ entered once and for all to offer His blood as a sacrifice for our sins. The jars in this craft represent the sanctuary, while the tissue paper and cutouts symbolize the beauty and holiness of this divine dwelling. As we light a candle inside each jar, we are reminded of the light of Christ shining within us and the hope of eternal life that His sacrifice offers.
