Faithful Footsteps – a Romans 10 Craft

"Faithful Footsteps" – a Romans 10 Craft

Materials Needed:

  • White paper
  • Colored pencils or markers
  • Scissors
  • Glue or tape
  • Footprint template (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Start by reading Romans 10 from the Bible.
  2. On a white sheet of paper, trace or draw an outline of a bare foot.
    • If you prefer, print out a foot template and cut it out to use as a stencil.
  3. Write the following Bible verse near the top of the paper: "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." (Romans 10:17)
  4. Fill the space inside the foot outline with colorful drawings or words that represent the ways in which you hear God’s word.
    • Examples could include attending church, reading the Bible, praying, listening to sermons or podcasts, etc.
  5. Cut out the foot outline and verse.
  6. Fold the paper in half, with the foot on the front and the verse on the back.
  7. Glue or tape the edges together to create a "footprint" that can stand up on its own.
  8. Display your "Faithful Footsteps" craft as a reminder to listen to God’s word and walk in faithful obedience.

Optional: You can also add glitter or other decorative elements to make your "Faithful Footsteps" craft even more special.
