"Faithful Footsteps" – a Romans 10 Craft
Materials Needed:
- White paper
- Colored pencils or markers
- Scissors
- Glue or tape
- Footprint template (optional)
Instructions:
- Start by reading Romans 10 from the Bible.
- On a white sheet of paper, trace or draw an outline of a bare foot.
- If you prefer, print out a foot template and cut it out to use as a stencil.
- Write the following Bible verse near the top of the paper: "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." (Romans 10:17)
- Fill the space inside the foot outline with colorful drawings or words that represent the ways in which you hear God’s word.
- Examples could include attending church, reading the Bible, praying, listening to sermons or podcasts, etc.
- Cut out the foot outline and verse.
- Fold the paper in half, with the foot on the front and the verse on the back.
- Glue or tape the edges together to create a "footprint" that can stand up on its own.
- Display your "Faithful Footsteps" craft as a reminder to listen to God’s word and walk in faithful obedience.
Optional: You can also add glitter or other decorative elements to make your "Faithful Footsteps" craft even more special.
