Euphonious Trumpet – a Revelation 8 Craft
In Revelation 8, there is a description of seven angels standing before God, each with a trumpet. As each trumpet is sounded, a catastrophe is unleashed upon the earth. The final trumpet unleashes the seven bowls of God’s wrath.
To create the Euphonious Trumpet craft, you will need:
- A cardboard or plastic trumpet
- Adhesive foam sheets in red, orange, and yellow
- Glitter glue or metallic paint
- Scissors
- Hot glue gun
- Black marker
Instructions:
- Begin by covering the trumpet with the adhesive foam sheets. Start with red at the bottom, then orange in the middle, and yellow at the top. Cut the foam to fit and use the hot glue gun to hold it in place.
- Use the black marker to draw the outline of flames on the yellow foam. Add more detail with glitter glue or metallic paint.
- Cut out small circles from the red foam and glue them around the base of the trumpet.
- Finally, use the black marker to write the words "Revelation 8" on the trumpet.
Your Euphonious Trumpet craft is now complete! Use it as a decoration or prop during a lesson or discussion of Revelation 8.
