The authorities that exist have been established by God.” This verse was originally written to the early Christian community in Rome, aiming to address questions and concerns regarding their relationship with the Roman authorities.

Author: Certainly. At the time, the Roman Empire was ruling over vast regions, including the city of Rome where the early Christian community resided. Many Christians faced persecution, discrimination, and even death for their faith.
