Sharing some Rest with Lisa using the Bible.

Dear Lisa,

In the midst of the chaos and busyness of life, I want to remind you to find rest and peace in me. In Matthew 11:28, it says “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Trust in my promises and surrender your worries to me. I am always here to provide you with the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Take a moment to breathe, to reflect, and to find solace in my presence. Just as Psalm 23:2-3 says, “He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul.” Let go of your worries and allow me to guide you towards tranquility.

May you be reassured that you are never alone, and that I am always with you. Let my words be a source of comfort and strength as you navigate through life’s challenges. Trust in my plans for you and find rest in my love.

Remember, you are cherished and known by me. From God’s heart to yours,

Someone Who Cares
