A letter to Jewl from Santa with 46 days until Christmas

Dear Jewl,

Merry Christmas to you, little one! I hope you are enjoying the twinkling lights, the joyful carols, and the cozy warmth of the holiday season. My name is Santa, and I wanted to take a moment to say hello and tell you a little bit about myself. You see, I live at the North Pole with my wife, Mrs. Claus, and a team of hardworking elves. We spend all year long making toys and getting ready for Christmas Eve, when I travel around the world to deliver presents to good boys and girls like you.

I also have a bit of a sweet tooth – I love to indulge in a few cookies and a glass of milk left out for me by the kind families I visit. And here’s a little joke for you – why did Santa go to school to learn how to become a chimney sweep? Because he wanted to step up his soot game! Ho ho ho!

But you know, as much fun as I have flying around in my sleigh and making people smile, the true meaning of Christmas is something much deeper and more special. The Bible tells us that Christmas is about the birth of Jesus, the Savior who came to bring hope, love, and joy to the world. In the book of Luke, it says, “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord” (Luke 2:11). That’s what Christmas is really all about – the incredible love and grace that God showed by sending His Son to us.

So, as you celebrate this wonderful holiday with your family, I hope you remember the true reason we rejoice during this season. May your heart be filled with the warmth of God’s love, and may you spread that love to everyone around you.

Merry Christmas – The Savior is Born,
Santa

P.S. “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” – Isaiah 9:6
