Seventh-day Adventist
1. 1 Corinthians 11:14-15 – “Does not even nature itself teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a dishonor to him, but if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her? For her hair is given to her for a covering.”
2. 1 Corinthians 11:3 – “But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.”
3. Genesis 1:27 – “So God created man in His own image; in the image of God, He created him; male and female He created them.”
4. 1 Timothy 2:9-10 – “In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works.”
5. 1 Peter 3:3-4 – “Do not let your adornment be merely outward—arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel—rather let it be the hidden person of the heart.”
