Leviticus: A Guide to Holiness and Worship
Leviticus is the third book of the Bible and it is a guide to holiness and worship. It was written by Moses and it contains the laws and instructions that God gave to the Israelites. The book is named after the Levites, the tribe that was chosen to be the priests of Israel.
The book of Leviticus is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the offerings and sacrifices that were to be made to God. The second part deals with the laws of cleanliness and holiness. The third part deals with the festivals and holy days that were to be observed by the Israelites.
