As an Amish person, my belief is that Jesus was a perfect and sinless being, sent by God to redeem humanity from their sins. He was born of a virgin and lived a blameless life, fulfilling the prophecies of the Old Testament. Jesus was fully God and fully man, and as such, he was able to live a sinless life despite being tempted in every way just like us.

Throughout the Gospels, we see that Jesus was always truthful, honest, and pure in heart. He never lied, lusted, or sinned in any way. In fact, he went out of his way to live a life of selflessness and service to others, even unto death. Jesus was the embodiment of God’s love and grace, and his life serves as the perfect example for all of us to follow.

When we look at the teachings of the Bible, we see that sin is a fundamental part of human nature, and that we all fall short of the glory of God. However, through the sacrifice of Jesus, we can be forgiven of our sins and be reconciled with God. This is the heart of the Gospel message, and it is what we as Amish people strive to live out in our daily lives.

In conclusion, as an Amish person, I believe that Jesus was the sinless Son of God, sent to save humanity from their sins. He never lied, lusted, or sinned in any way, and his life serves as the perfect example for all of us to follow. Through his sacrifice, we can be forgiven of our sins and be reconciled with God, and this is what we strive to live out in our daily lives.
