I am a letter, not a person or place,
With chapters and verses in my embrace.
I provide instructions for how to live,
With guidelines and commands that God did give.
In me, you’ll find advice for every age,
From elders to young, for men and women’s stage.
I urge you to be sober, pure, and strong,
For life can be hard and the journey long.
My writer was a loyal friend of Paul,
Who left him behind in Crete to stand tall.
He did as he was told, and now I stand here,
A testament to faith, courage, and fear.
So tell me, friend, what book am I,
Filled with wisdom that will never dry?
