In Revelation 17, there is a description of a great prostitute who sits on many waters (representing peoples and nations). She is wealthy and adorned, but also drunk on the blood of martyrs. She rides on a beast with seven heads and ten horns, representing a powerful empire. The beast eventually turns on her and destroys her.
Revelation 17:14 – "They will make war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will overcome them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers." 🐑🗡️👑💪
This verse speaks of the ultimate victory of Jesus over all earthly powers, and the faithful followers who stand with him in the battle.
