In Mark 16, the women go to the tomb at sunrise to anoint Jesus’ body, but find the stone rolled away and the tomb empty. They are greeted by an angel who tells them Jesus has risen from the dead. The women are scared and confused, but the angel reassures them and instructs them to tell the disciples to go to Galilee to see Jesus. Later, Jesus appears to the disciples and gives them the Great Commission, telling them to spread the Gospel to all nations. A verse from Mark 16:15 says, "He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.’" 🌍📖🙏
