Triumphant Wreath – a 2 Corinthians 13 Craft
Materials needed:
- Green paper or cardstock
- Scissors
- Glue
- Ribbon or string
- Markers or pens
Instructions:
- Cut out several leaf shapes from the green paper or cardstock.
- On each leaf, write a characteristic of a triumphant believer from 2 Corinthians 13, such as "strong," "joyful," "loving," etc.
- Glue the leaves together in a circular shape, forming a wreath.
- Tie a ribbon or string around the wreath to create a hanger.
- Hang the wreath in a prominent place as a reminder of the characteristics of a triumphant believer.
Additional ideas:
- Have each member of a Bible study or Sunday School class create their own leaf for the wreath, with their own characteristic and a personal reflection on how they can cultivate that characteristic in their own life.
- Make multiple wreaths and donate them to a local church or charity as a symbol of hope and triumph in difficult times.
