The Narrow Door Wreath – a Luke 13 Craft
Supplies Needed:
- Wreath form (any size)
- Twigs or small branches
- Scissors
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Paint or markers
- Ribbon or twine
Instructions:
-
Collect several twigs or small branches. Cut them into varying lengths, but make sure they are long enough to wrap around the wreath form.
-
Glue the twigs onto the wreath form using a hot glue gun. Overlap them as you go to create a full wreath.
-
Once the wreath is covered in twigs, use paint or markers to write "Narrow Door" on a piece of paper or cardboard.
-
Cut out the letters and glue them onto the wreath.
-
Take a piece of ribbon or twine and tie a knot around the top of the wreath.
-
Hang the wreath on a door or wall as a reminder of Jesus’ words in Luke 13:24-25: "Strive to enter through the narrow door. For many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able."
