"Rooted in Christ" – a Colossians 2 Craft

Materials Needed:

• Small pot
• Soil
• Plant (such as a small succulent or herb)
• Small wooden or plastic letters that spell out "Rooted in Christ"
• Paint or markers
• Glue or adhesive

Instructions:

1. Begin by painting or coloring the wooden or plastic letters in your desired colors.
2. Once the letters are dry, arrange them in the correct order to spell out "Rooted in Christ".
3. Use glue or adhesive to affix the letters to the side of the pot.
4. Fill the pot with soil, leaving room for the plant.
5. Plant the succulent or herb in the pot and water it.
6. As you care for the plant, reflect on the message of Colossians 2:6-7, which encourages us to be rooted and built up in Christ, growing in faith and thankfulness.
