Reflection:
Hebrews 4 reminds us that we can find rest in God, both in this life and in eternity. By creating a Restful Reflections craft, we can visually represent the ways in which we seek rest in God and help remind ourselves of the peace that comes from him. Take time to reflect on the things you wrote or drew on your mat, and spend time in prayer or meditation, allowing God to bring you rest and peace.
