Passover Pouches – a Mark 14 Craft
Materials:
- Brown paper bags
- Scissors
- Glue
- Markers or colored pencils
- Small pieces of paper
Instructions:
- Cut the brown paper bags into small rectangles, about 4 inches by 6 inches.
- Fold the rectangles in half so that the shorter sides meet.
- Glue the longer sides of the rectangles together, leaving the shorter side open.
- Decorate the front of the pouches with markers or colored pencils. You can draw symbols of Passover or scenes from the Mark 14 story.
- Cut small pieces of paper to write down prayers or things you are grateful for.
- Slip the pieces of paper into the pouches and fold the top over to secure them inside.
- Use the Passover pouches during your Passover celebration to remember the story of Mark 14 and to reflect on your own blessings and gratitude.
