“Holy Warning” – a 2 Peter 2 Craft.

Materials Needed:

• White cardstock paper
• Black marker
• Red marker
• Yellow marker
• Scissors
• Glue

Instructions:

1. Cut the white cardstock paper into a rectangle shape, approximately 4 inches by 6 inches in size.

2. Using the black marker, write the words "Holy Warning" at the top of the rectangle.

3. Draw a large letter "W" in the center of the rectangle using the black marker.

4. Using the red marker, draw flames around the letter "W" to represent fire.

5. Write the following Bible verse in the center of the letter "W" using the black marker: "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction." (2 Peter 2:1)

6. Using the yellow marker, draw a bright light around the letter "W" and the Bible verse.

7. Cut out the rectangle shape along the outside border using the scissors.

8. Fold the rectangle in half vertically and crease the center.

9. Unfold the rectangle and apply glue to one half of the back side.

10. Fold the rectangle in half again and press down firmly to stick the two halves together.

11. Display the "Holy Warning" craft in a prominent place as a reminder to beware of false teachers and teachings.

Optional:

• Add additional decorations or Bible verses to personalize the craft.
• Laminate the finished product for durability.
