Reflection
Holy Fitness is a craft that encourages both physical and spiritual growth, inspired by the teachings of 1 Timothy 4. By setting goals and tracking progress, we can see how our physical and spiritual practices intersect and how they can strengthen each other. It is also a reminder to avoid false teachings and act as an example to others as we pursue a healthy and holy lifestyle.
