Heartfelt Resurrection Wreath – a Matthew 28 Craft
Supplies Needed
- Foam wreath form
- Brown burlap ribbon
- White fabric strips or ribbon
- Twine or string
- Glue gun
- Scissors
- Small wooden crosses
- Faux flowers in pastel colors
- Bible verse print-out of Matthew 28:6
Instructions
- Wrap the foam wreath form with the brown burlap ribbon, securing with hot glue.
- Cut the white fabric strips or ribbon into 6-8 inch lengths.
- Tie the fabric strips onto the wreath form, alternating between the burlap and fabric.
- Cut a length of twine or string and tie it onto the top of the wreath for hanging.
- Hot glue the small wooden crosses onto the wreath, evenly spaced.
- Tuck and glue the faux flowers into the fabric knots, creating a beautiful and colorful display.
- Print out the Bible verse of Matthew 28:6 and mount it onto cardstock. Cut it into a small rectangle and glue it onto the center of the wreath.
