Healing Hands – a Mark 3 Craft.

Healing Hands – a Mark 3 Craft

In Mark 3 of the Bible, Jesus healed a man with a withered hand. This craft is inspired by that story and encourages children to use their hands to bring healing to others.

Materials Needed

  • Small wooden plaques or pieces of cardboard
  • Paint or markers
  • Glue
  • Bandages or adhesive tape
  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. Have children paint or decorate their wooden plaques or pieces of cardboard with symbols of healing, such as hearts, crosses, or hands.
  2. Using scissors, cut out handprints from the bandages or adhesive tape.
  3. Glue the handprints onto the plaques or cardboard, positioning them where the hands would be.
  4. Encourage children to hold their Healing Hands craft and to pray for those in need of healing, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.

Discussion Points
