Graceful Living – a Romans 1 Craft

Materials Needed:

  • Paper or cardboard
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers or pens
  • Bible or printout of Romans 1:16-17

Instructions:

  1. Cut out a heart shape from the paper or cardboard.
  2. Write "Graceful Living" at the top of the heart.
  3. On the left side of the heart, write "Romans 1:16-17" and include the following text: "I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile. For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: ‘The righteous will live by faith.’"
  4. On the right side of the heart, write the following question: "What does it mean to live a graceful life?"
  5. Encourage participants to decorate their hearts with markers or pens as desired.
