"Enduring Faith" – A 2 Timothy 4 Craft

Materials Needed:

• A piece of cardstock or heavy paper
• Scissors
• Glue
• Markers or colored pencils
• Ribbon or string
• Hole puncher

Instructions:

1. Cut out a cross shape from the cardstock or heavy paper.
2. On the cross, write the following verse from 2 Timothy 4:7: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."
3. Decorate the cross with markers or colored pencils.
4. Cut a small piece of ribbon or string and tie a knot at the end.
5. Use the hole puncher to make a hole at the top of the cross.
6. Thread the ribbon or string through the hole and tie a knot at the top, creating a loop for hanging.
7. On the back of the cross, write the following verse from 2 Timothy 4:8: "Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day–and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing."
8. Hang your "Enduring Faith" craft in a place where you will see it often, as a reminder to keep the faith and finish the race.
